Two damper flaps are in the open position, with a rotating bird cowl fitted.The cowl rotates preventing wind coming down the chimney by turning its back to the wind direction.When not in use the flaps are shut by a cable in the lounge room fireplace opening. |

A 45 degree roof penetration is sealed by a aquarius roof flashing with a stainless steel rotating cowl fitted.The height is determined by a 3m radius clearance. |
